Our team
The people that are involved with Xseed Ag are all firmly established within Central Alberta and we pride ourselves that our sales staff bring years of experience and current crop production knowledge to the farm gate.
People always ask us where the office is. The answer is our trucks. We all have home offices, but our days consist of smart phones and pickups. When in stock, we deliver all products within a day.
Xseed Ag Products started as an idea that has grown beyond what was originally imagined. Where it goes from here, we don’t know. Products and services are being added all the time
Nathan Goode
Nathan grew up on a farm east of Lacombe. He completed a B.Sc in Agriculture at the University of Alberta with a focus on Crop Production, while working with Xseed and custom spraying throughout the summers. He is working with Xseed full time while running a cash crop farm with his father Tim Goode.
Dennis Ziprick (Red Deer)
Dennis grew up on the family farm in west central Manitoba. While attending university Dennis started working for an independent crop input retailer in Brandon in 1979. He has been involved in the crop inputs business on a continuous basis since that time. In 1988 Dennis moved to central Alberta and started working with Alberta Pool. He has gone through all the mergers and acquisitions until CPS bought out Viterra. At that time he joined Xseed Ag Products.
Through his many years of experience Dennis has seen and been involved with the evolution of the agriculture industry from the advent of computerization and improvements in mechanization to the advances in agronomy. Dennis says that one thing that has stayed constant throughout the years is the need for quality agronomic advice. Dennis holds the designation of Certified Crop Adviser and he prides himself in providing sound agronomic advice to his clients. As an agronomic adviser and crop input retailer ethical business practices and environmentally
sustainable agronomic solutions are of the highest priority to Dennis.
He has always maintained that in business the customer is always the key to the success of the business. Dennis looks forward to being a part of your farm business for many years
